    Members can submit requests for any job at any time by sending us a quick text. No waiting on hold or callbacks—just prompt responses and service. We value your time.
  • What markets does Nest Keepers service?
    We currently service select zip codes in the Dallas area. We never want to call you and tell you we're stuck in traffic, so we've limited our service to homes across certain Dallas neighborhoods. If your zip code isn't available yet, don't worry. We'll be headed your way soon.
  • What makes Nest Keepers different from a regular contractor?
    Picking the right home service provider can be tough. Hours can be spent searching for technicians and collecting quotes before any work starts, and finding trusted, all-inclusive concierge service is nearly impossible. At Nest Keepers, we do things differently. With your Nest Keepers subscription, you get regular check-ins and expert help. Whether it's regular upkeep or urgent fixes, we oversee every project from start to finish, ensuring your home is well taken care of.
  • What does a Nest Keepers membership include?
    With your Nest Keepers membership, you gain access to a dedicated handyperson who efficiently handles your to-do list, maintains your home on schedule, and offers seasonal perks and partner deals. Our membership covers all handyman labor, with no per-visit fees. Pricing starts at $249/month for an annual plan or $299/month for a monthly plan. Need parts? We can help with that too for a small shopping fee tied to a visit. For more extensive projects or home concierge services, Nest Keepers can source skilled trade partners and manage the entire process upon your request. Please note that the specialty vendor's costs will be passed on to you. This also applies to built-in appliances. In case of appliance issues, we coordinate repairs or recommend replacements.
  • What services can a Nest Keeper's handyman complete?
    Nest Keepers' technicians can handle minor electrical and plumbing tasks, as well as any job that takes 2 hours or less. For specialized projects, we'll coordinate with the appropriate vendor and manage everything from beginning to end, delivering a seamless home care experience
  • How often does my handyperson visit?
    Our members average 1 visit a month for 2 hours. Nest Keepers team members are also available via text on the app anytime you have a question. If you require a visit 2+hours or need more than 1 handy person, we can accommodate with additional billable time.
  • What if I don't have materials for my project?
    If you nor Nest Keepers have the materials available to complete a job (e.g. paint, hardware, lumber, fixtures, etc.-) If we know where to find what we need, we can run to the closest/most relevant retailer, procure the item, and come back to finish the job You can procure the item – once you receive it, let us know and we will schedule time to return (which is typically billable unless the item is an inventory item that we run out of). In the event that your material needs are only available online, we’ll return to the office, procure on your behalf and schedule a return trip
  • How do you choose third-party technicians for repair jobs?
    Ensuring safety is our priority. That's why we collaborate solely with a reliable network of seasoned home care experts. When we recommend a technician for the task, rest assured they meet the standards we'd select for our own homes.
  • Are your handypersons licensed and insured?
    Yes, all of our handypersons are thoroughly vetted, including background checks and hands-on assessments. They are also fully licensed and insured to ensure your peace of mind.
  • How does billing work with trade partners and concierge services?
    Third-party staffed trades and parts (e.g. appliance, HVAC/Heat, BBQ/fireplace, pest, garage/gate, concierge) are billed based on the scope of the job. We’ll provide quote(s) in the app for your approval. After your cost approval, we'll assist in scheduling and organizing your visit. We handle the payment to the vendor on your behalf and bill the card on file. You'll receive an email receipt for your purchase
  • How will I be billed?
    Paying your bill couldn't be simpler with our member portal, you can use all major credit cards. (Hello reward points!) All services will be included in a single invoice per service request, so you never have to worry about paying a vendor.
  • Can I cancel my Nest Keepers membership at any time?
    Membership flexibility is a priority at Nest Keepers. You can cancel your membership at any time without penalties. For annual memberships paid in advance, canceling is straightforward. We'll refund your original yearly payment minus the monthly rate for each month you've been a member. For monthly memberships, no further renewal charges apply. Rest assured with our quality service guarantee: if, within the initial 30 days of your membership, you're not entirely satisfied and we can't resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund.
  • How much is a Nest Keepers membership?
    Our membership plans start at $249 per month for an annual plan or $299 per month for a monthly plan. These plans include one handy person visit each month and provide unlimited access to our trusted trade partners and home concierge services.
